Check-in
From 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
You have to let the property know your arrival time in advance.
Check-out
By 10:00 AM
Reservation and cancellation policy
Pay 50% of the reservation to confirm your reservation.
For cancellation before 21 days, you will receive a full refund.
For cancellation up to 15 days before your check in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Afterwards, there will be no refund.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome, there is no dedicated fee and are therefore counted as adults. A standing cot is available. The maximum number of 6 guests must also include children and infants.
If not accompanied by parents or legal guardians, all guests must be of legal age.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace.
Animals
Pets are allowed.
Arriving by car
Although it is often discouraged to come to the Amalfi Coast, in this specific case the ease of parking along the road (on payment by parkmeter) and the freedom to move around in the evening when the day’s traffic drops dramatically and public transportation services end makes the idea an ‘option to consider and one that can prove convenient.
Coming by car or cab the house is less than a minute from the main road and is accessed via a driveway and a few steps but it should be considered that to get around on foot within the village there are many steps as is typical in coastal villages, such as to reach the beach. The sights, the scent of lemons and the warmth of the locals you meet along the way will make this part of the experience as well.
How to get around on the Amalfi Coast
Bus stops are about 15 minutes walk away.
From the house you can walk 700 steps to Marina di Conca, a lovely free and equipped beach in Marina di Conca and other lidos.
Within walking distance are two excellent restaurants and pizzeria, a grocery store, tobacco shop, post office, scooter rental, and a ‘tourist agency.
Amalfi is 4 km away, approximately 15 minutes by car, while Positano is 16 km away, reachable in about 40 minutes by car.
Tourist Tax
Tourist tax of 2 euro per person per day for each guest above 12 yo to pay directly on spot at check in by cash.

Amalfi is 4 km from Conca dei Marini (about 15 minutes by car), while Positano is 16 km away (about 40 minutes).
